Chocolate Ice Cream Bars
Ingredients
Chocolate Ice Cream Filling
2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
100 g melted dark chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate pearls or crispy chocolate balls
Chocolate Coating
200 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp vegetable oil or coconut oil
Decoration
Cocoa powder
Chocolate pearls

Instructions
1. Prepare the Ice Cream Filling
Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, mix condensed milk, cocoa powder, melted chocolate, and vanilla.
Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.
Fold in chocolate pearls.
2. Shape & Freeze
Spoon the mixture into silicone bar molds (or any small rectangular mold).
Smooth the top.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or until fully solid.
3. Chocolate Coating
Melt the dark chocolate with oil until smooth.
Remove frozen bars from molds.
Dip each bar into melted chocolate.
Place on parchment paper.
4. Decorate
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
Add chocolate pearls before the coating sets.
5. Final Freeze
Freeze again for 15–20 minutes until the coating is firm.
Tips
For extra crunch, add crushed biscuits or nuts inside.
Use milk chocolate if you prefer a sweeter taste.
