Chicken and Potato Bake
Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs or drumsticks (bone-in or boneless)
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
½ cup chicken broth or water
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
3. Add chicken and potatoes to the bowl and toss well to coat evenly.
4. Spread the potatoes and onions in a baking dish. Place the chicken on top.
5. Pour chicken broth around the sides (not over the chicken).
6. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 20–25 minutes, until chicken is golden and potatoes are tender.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Tips:
Add carrots or bell peppers for extra flavor.
For crispy skin, broil for the last 5 minutes.
Serve with a green salad or yogurt sauce.
