Cheesy Beef Tortilla Wraps
Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
4 large flour tortillas
400 g (14 oz) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 cup cheddar cheese (or American cheese), shredded or sliced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking)

Instructions
1. Cook the Beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and sauté until soft.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add ground beef, break it apart, and cook until browned.
Season with salt, paprika, cumin, and black pepper.
Cook until fully done, then remove from heat.
2. Assemble the Wraps
Lay tortillas flat.
Place cheese in the center of each tortilla.
Add a generous amount of cooked beef.
Sprinkle with parsley or cilantro.
Roll tightly like a burrito, folding in the sides.
3. Toast the Wraps
Heat a clean pan over medium heat.
Place wraps seam-side down.
Cook until golden brown on all sides and cheese is melted.
4. Serve
Cut in half and serve hot.
Optional: serve with ketchup, garlic sauce, or chili sauce.
Tips
You can add jalapeños or chili flakes for spice
Mozzarella gives extra cheese pull
Works great in an air fryer (180°C / 350°F for 6–8 minutes).
