Christmas White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Candy
Ingredients
12 oz (340 g) white chocolate, chopped or chips
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup pecans, chopped
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional, balances sweetness)

Instructions
1. Prepare the pan
Line a baking sheet or square pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt the white chocolate
Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth

Melt gently using a double boiler.
3. Mix in add-ins
Stir in cranberries, pecans, vanilla extract, and salt until evenly combined.
4. Spread or shape
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan
or
Spoon small clusters onto parchment paper for candy bites.
5. Chill
Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes, or until completely set.
6. Break & serve
Cut or break into pieces and enjoy!
