Creamy Chicken Penne
Ingredients:
250 g penne pasta
2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1–2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the penne and cook until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook until golden and fully cooked through.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
3. Make the creamy sauce
In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until creamy and smooth.
4. Add veggies
Add spinach and cook until it wilts.
Add cherry tomatoes and stir gently.
5. Combine
Add the cooked penne pasta and chicken back into the pan.
Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
6. Serve
Serve warm with extra Parmesan on top if desired.
