Creamy Chicken Penne Pasta
Ingredients
For the chicken:
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
For the pasta sauce:
250 g penne pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Cook the Chicken
1. Season chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
3. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
4. Remove from pan and slice.
2. Cook the Pasta
1. Boil penne in salted water until al dente.
2. Drain and set aside.
3. Make the Creamy Sauce
1. In the same chicken pan, melt butter.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add flour and mix for 30 seconds.
4. Pour in chicken broth and stir.
5. Add heavy cream and simmer until thick.
6. Add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
7. Mix in the cooked penne pasta until well coated.
4. Serve
Place pasta in a bowl, top with sliced chicken, and sprinkle fresh parsley.
