Cheesy Beef Crispy Rolls
Ingredients:
300 g ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
Mozzarella cheese (shredded or sticks)
Spring roll wrappers or egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Beef Filling
1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
2. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and soy sauce.
6. Cook until the mixture is dry (no extra liquid).
7. Let it cool slightly.
2. Roll the Cheese & Beef
1. Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
2. Add a small amount of beef mixture near one edge.
3. Add mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.
4. Roll tightly, folding the sides.
5. Seal the edge with a little water.
3. Fry the Rolls
1. Heat oil in a deep pan.
2. Fry rolls over medium heat until golden and crispy.
3. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
4. Serve
Serve hot so the cheese melts beautifully.
Garnish with parsley.
Enjoy with garlic sauce, ranch, or spicy mayo.
