Creamy Mozzarella Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
4 tbsp (60 g) unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional but recommended)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Melt the Butter
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter until it becomes frothy.
2. Cook the Garlic
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t brown it).
3. Add the Cream
Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer gently for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
4. Melt the Mozzarella
Add the shredded mozzarella and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
5. Season
Mix in salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add Parmesan if you want extra richness.
6. Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
