Mini Pizza
Ingredients
For the Dough
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp instant yeast
3 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
1 cup warm water (add more if needed)
For the Sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Topping
Cooked ground beef or minced meat
Grated mozzarella cheese
Oregano (for sprinkling)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
2. Add oil and warm water gradually while kneading.
3. Knead until soft and smooth.
4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
2. Prepare the Sauce
1. Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Stir well and set aside.
3. Shape the Mini Pizzas
1. After rising, divide the dough into small balls.
2. Flatten each ball into a small circle.
3. Place the dough circles on a baking tray.
4. Add the Toppings
1. Spread a spoon of pizza sauce on each mini pizza.
2. Add cooked ground meat.
3. Sprinkle generous mozzarella cheese.
4. Add a pinch of oregano on top.
5. Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
