Ultimate Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe
Ingredients
For the Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water (or hot coffee for stronger flavor)
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
For Topping:
1 cup chocolate chips
Optional: chopped nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)

Instructions
1. Make the Cake
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together:
flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
4. Slowly pour in the boiling water (batter will be thin — that’s good).
5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
6. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and cool completely.
2. Make the Ganache
1. Heat the heavy cream until hot (do not boil).
2. Pour over the chocolate chips.
3. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until glossy and smooth.
3. Assemble
1. Pour the warm ganache over the cooled cake.
2. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top, just like in the picture.
3. Let the cake set for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
