Cheesy Baked Sausage
Ingredients:
4 large sausages (beef, pork, or turkey)
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Pan-sear the sausages
Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the sausages for 5–7 minutes until browned on all sides (they will finish cooking in the oven).
3. Make the garlic–pepper topping
• Mix the melted butter, garlic, chopped green pepper, black pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
4. Brush the sausages
Place the sausages on a baking tray and brush them generously with the garlic–pepper butter mixture.
5. Add cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sausages.
6. Bake
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
7. Garnish
Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
