Marble Bundt Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups (300 g) all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup (230 g) unsalted butter, softened
1 ¼ cups (250 g) sugar
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup (180 ml) milk
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp hot water
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Melted chocolate (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.
2. Mix dry ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. Cream butter and sugar:
In another large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
4. Add eggs and vanilla:
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
5. Combine with milk and flour:
Gradually add flour mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with the flour. Mix until just combined.
6. Make chocolate batter:
In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder and hot water until smooth.
Divide the batter in half — stir the cocoa mixture into one half.
7. Create marble pattern:
Spoon the vanilla and chocolate batters alternately into the prepared pan.
Swirl gently with a knife or skewer for a marbled effect.
8. Bake:
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Cool and decorate:
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a rack.
Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
Serving suggestion:
Serve with a cup of coffee or tea — it’s soft, buttery, and beautifully patterned!
