Oreo Mango Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
For the Base:
200g chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
80g melted butter
For the Cheesecake Layer:
400g cream cheese (room temperature)
200ml heavy cream
100g sugar
2 tsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar)
3 tbsp warm water (to dissolve gelatin)
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g chopped Oreos (optional, for texture)
For the Mango Layer:
200ml mango puree (fresh or canned)
2 tbsp sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
1 tsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar)
2 tbsp warm water (to dissolve gelatin)
For Decoration:
Whipped cream
Chocolate drizzle
Oreo cookies
Mango cream or small mango pieces

Instructions
1. Prepare the Base:
Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined.
Press into the bottom of a springform pan (about 8 inches).
Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
2. Make the Cheesecake Layer:
In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in warm water. Let it cool slightly.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Stir in dissolved gelatin and chopped Oreos.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled base and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until set.
3. Make the Mango Layer:
Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
Mix mango puree and sugar, then add the dissolved gelatin.
Pour this over the cheesecake layer.
Refrigerate again for 2–3 hours or until fully set.
4. Decorate:
Pipe whipped cream and chocolate swirls on top.
Add Oreo cookies and mango decorations.
Tips:
Chill the cake overnight for best texture.
You can replace mango with passion fruit or peach puree for a different flavor.
