Avocado, Egg, and Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced or chopped

1 ripe avocado, sliced or diced

1 medium tomato, sliced

A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh lettuce leaves (as a base)

Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Olive oil (for dressing)

Lemon juice or vinegar (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the base:
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Arrange them on a serving plate or bowl.

2. Add the toppings:
Place the sliced avocado, tomato, cherry tomatoes, and eggs neatly on top of the lettuce.

3. Season:
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4. Dress:
Drizzle with olive oil and, if you like, a little lemon juice or vinegar.

5. Serve immediately:
Enjoy this fresh, healthy salad as a light meal or a side dish.
