Chocolate Cake with Cream Filling
Ingredients
For the chocolate cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
For the cream filling:
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter
For the chocolate frosting:
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons butter
Chocolate sprinkles (for topping)

Instructions
1. Make the cake
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract; mix well.
4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
5. Mix until smooth and well combined.
6. Pour the batter into a greased rectangular pan.
7. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Let the cake cool, then slice it horizontally into two layers.
2. Prepare the cream filling
1. In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, egg yolks, and cornstarch.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
3. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract.
4. Let it cool completely.
3. Make the chocolate frosting
1. In a saucepan, mix condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
2. Cook over low heat, stirring until thick and glossy.
3. Let it cool slightly before spreading.
4. Assemble the cake
1. Place one cake layer in the pan.
2. Spread all the cream filling evenly.
3. Place the second cake layer on top.
4. Spread the chocolate frosting on top.
5. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
