Creamy Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

1 cup mango cubes

1 cup orange segments

1 kiwi, sliced

1 cup strawberries, halved

½ cup peach cubes (optional)

1 cup whipped cream or vanilla yogurt

2 tablespoons honey (optional)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Prepare the fruits:
Wash, peel, and cut all the fruits into bite-sized pieces.

2. Mix the dressing:
In a large bowl, combine the whipped cream (or yogurt), honey, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.

3. Combine everything:
Add all the prepared fruits to the bowl and gently mix until the fruits are evenly coated with the creamy dressing.

4. Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

5. Serve:
Garnish with a little extra whipped cream or mint leaves if desired. Serve cold.

Tips:

You can add bananas, apples, or grapes for extra flavor.

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of whipped cream.
