Creamy Chicken Pasta with Broccoli
Ingredients:
250 g (9 oz) penne pasta
2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
½ red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté vegetables:
In the same pan, add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add broccoli and bell pepper, and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
4. Make the sauce:
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Combine:
Add the cooked chicken and pasta back into the pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until everything is well coated in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and a little extra Parmesan on top if desired.
