Churros Cheesecake Bars with Cinnamon
Ingredients
For the crust & topping
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
½ cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the cheesecake filling
16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare cinnamon-sugar mix: In a small bowl, mix ½ cup sugar with 2 tsp cinnamon. Set aside.
3. Bottom layer: Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared dish. Pinch seams together.
4. Cheesecake filling: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the dough.
5. Top layer: Unroll the second can of dough and gently place it over the cheesecake layer, pressing seams together.
6. Cinnamon topping: Pour melted butter evenly over the top. Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
7. Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and slightly crisp.
8. Cool & chill: Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
