Chocolate Orange Cake

Ingredients:

    2 cups all-purpose flour
    ¾ cup cocoa powder
    1 ½ cups sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    ½ tsp salt
    1 cup fresh orange juice
    ½ cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp orange zest

For the Filling:
    1 cup orange marmalade
    ½ cup whipped cream

For the Ganache:
    1 cup dark chocolate, melted
    ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease cake pans.

    Whisk dry ingredients: Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
    Prepare batter: Mix eggs, oil, orange juice, vanilla, and zest. Stir into dry ingredients.

    Bake cake: Pour into pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool.

    Assemble layers: Spread marmalade and whipped cream between cakes.
    Ganache glaze: Pour melted chocolate over the cake.

    Decorate & enjoy: Add orange slices before serving.
