Chocolate Cake with Cream Filling

Ingredients:

Sponge Cake:
4 eggs
200 g sugar
200 ml milk
80 ml oil
200 g flour
50 g cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder

Filling:

300 ml whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Covering:

200 g dark chocolate
100 ml heavy cream

Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the milk and oil. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

2. Bake the mixture in two square pans at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

3. Beat the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

4. Fill the layers with whipped cream.

5. Heat the heavy cream and pour over the chopped chocolate.  Mix until you have a ganache.

6. Cover the entire cake with the ganache and let it cool before cutting into squares.
