Ingredients:
For the milk gelatin:
1 can of condensed milk (397 g)
1 can of evaporated milk (354 ml)
200 ml of heavy cream or whipping cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (14 g)
½ cup of water (to hydrate the gelatin)
Fruits and colored gelatin:
1 cup of mango-flavored gelatin (cubed)
1 cup of pineapple-flavored gelatin (cubed)
1 cup of grape-flavored gelatin (cubed)
2 kiwis (sliced)
6 strawberries (whole and diced)
1 cup of natural mango (diced)

Step-by-step preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the flavored gelatin
Prepare each flavor of gelatin according to the package.
Once set, cut into medium cubes and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2: Prepare the milk gelatin mixture
Hydrate the 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin with 1/2 cup of cold water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Microwave or heat in a double boiler for 15 seconds until completely dissolved.
In a bowl, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, and vanilla.
Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well. Set aside at room temperature.
Step 3: Assemble the dessert
In a gelatin mold or wreath, arrange the sliced fruit (kiwi, strawberries, mango) decoratively.
Add the colored gelatin cubes and the remaining fruit, interspersed.
Carefully pour the milk gelatin on top.
Gently shake the mold to remove air bubbles.
Step 4: Refrigerate and unmold
Refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours or until completely firm.
To unmold, briefly submerge the mold in warm water and turn it out onto a plate.
Ready to enjoy!
Ideal as a colorful and refreshing dessert for gatherings or celebrations.
