Chocolate Heaven Cake

Chocolate Heaven Cake with Creamy Filling and Topping
A chocolatey cloud that will make you float with pleasure!

Ingredients for the dough:

• 2 cups  wheat flour
• 1 1/2 cups  sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp  baking powder
• 1 tsp  baking soda
• 1/2 tsp  salt
• 2  eggs
• 1 cup  milk
• 1/2 cup  vegetable oil
• 2 tsp  vanilla essence
• 1 cup  hot water

Ingredients for the filling and topping:

• 1 can  condensed milk
• 1 box  whipping cream
• 200 g  semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 2 tbsp   Butter

Preparation:

Prepare the dough:

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease two 20 cm baking pans.
2️⃣ Sift together the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ Beat the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla in another bowl.
4️⃣ Combine both mixtures and add the hot water little by little.
5️⃣ Divide among the pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
6️⃣ Let cool completely.

Filling and creamy topping:

1️⃣ In a saucepan, heat condensed milk, cream, and butter.
2️⃣ Stir until thickened (like brigadeiro).
3️⃣ Turn off the heat and add the chocolate. Mix until melted.

Assembly:

1️⃣ Place a layer of cake and cover with the frosting.

2️⃣ Add the second layer and cover with the remaining frosting.

3️⃣ Decorate with chocolate shavings, fruit, or whatever inspires you.

4️⃣ Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. It will be even more delicious!
