Kinder Bueno Cheesecake

Kinder Bueno Cheesecake with Cookie Base

Ingredients

– 200g crumbled butter biscuits
– 100g melted unsalted butter
– 400g cream cheese
– 200g sugar
– 3 eggs
– 200g chopped Kinder Bueno cheese
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Thoroughly mix the crumbled butter biscuits with the melted butter and press the mixture into a springform pan to form a firm base.
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
4. Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each egg until well combined.
5. Carefully fold the chopped Kinder Bueno pieces into the cheese mixture.

6. Stir the chopped Kinder Bueno cheese into the cheese mixture.  6. Pour the filling evenly onto the prepared cookie crust in the springform pan.

7. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, until the top is light golden brown.

8. After baking, let the cake cool in the turned-off oven to prevent cracking, then refrigerate it for several hours – preferably overnight – to firm up.

9. Just before serving, garnish with more Kinder Bueno pieces, if desired, and enjoy!
