Flan dessert

Ingredients:

*Cake
3 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup chocolate powder
2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cda of yeast powder

*Almibar
1 n 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of water

*Flan
1 can of condensed milk
1 whole cup of milk
1 cup of orange juice
4 eggs
1 orange (scratched)

Preparation:

For marinating, in a pot mix sugar with water and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes or until you get a golden caramel.

Pour into a container with hole in the center of 24cm diameter and reserve.
For the cake, mix eggs, oil, milk, chocolate, flour and sugar in the blender.

Add the yeast, mix with a spoon and pour into a caramelized container.
For the flan, mix condensed milk, milk, orange juice and eggs in a blender. Add the grating and mix with a spoon.

Pour over the cake batter and bring to the medium oven or in the bathroom Maria for 1 hour or until firm. Let it cool, de-mold and done.
