MOIST CHOCOLATE SPONGE

Craving something intense, moist, and chocolatey?
This
sponge cake is crazy flavorful… and it melts in your mouth!

Ingredients:

400 g wheat flour
30 g cocoa powder
12 g baking powder
/ 8 g baking soda
1 3 g salt
300 ml milk + 15 ml white vinegar
4 eggs
400 g sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
250 ml oil

Preparation:

1. Mix all the dry ingredients and set aside.

2. Beat the eggs for 2 minutes, add the sugar, and continue beating until the volume triples.

3. Add oil, milk with vinegar, and vanilla and beat for 2 more minutes.

4. Add the dry ingredients little by little, folding in gently.

5. Pour into molds lined with baking paper.

6. Bake at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes (use a toothpick to check).

Ideal to serve alone, with ganache, or with a filling! Perfect for birthdays, get-togethers, or a guilt-free treat.
