Super Moist Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
• 2 cups of wheat flour
• 100g of dark or milk chocolate
• 1 cup of granulated sugar
• 1 cup of milk
• 200g of butter
• 3 eggs
• 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• Melted chocolate for decoration

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter together. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until you get a foamy, light mixture.
4. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture and beat well.
5. Add the vanilla, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
6. Add the flour little by little, alternating with the milk, beating until everything is well combined.
7. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Let cool for a few minutes, remove from the pan, and let cool completely on a wire rack.
