Make ROlls

Very easy-to-make rolls

Ingredients:

300 ml warm milk
2 eggs
15 g dried yeast
100 g sugar
100 ml oil
750 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation:

In a bowl, add the warm milk, eggs, dried yeast, sugar, and oil. Mix until everything is well dissolved.

Add the flour in two parts. In the second part, add the salt. Mix and knead until you have a soft, smooth dough.

Let the dough rest until it doubles in size.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll one part into a square and brush with a tablespoon of melted butter.

Roll the dough and cut it into portions of your preferred size.

Repeat the process with the other part of the dough.

Place the rolls in pre-greased loaf pans.

Let the rolls rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the rolls for 20 minutes.

After removing them from the oven, let them cool, brush with melted butter, and remove from the pan when warm.

Enjoy these delicious freshly made rolls!
