Chocolate Cream Cupcakes

Coffee and Chocolate Cream Cupcakes

A heavenly treat that combines the intensity of coffee with the sweetness of chocolate! Irresistible, creamy, and perfect for any craving. 

Ingredients:

For the cupcakes:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup hot coffee

For the coffee creamer:

• 200 g cream cheese
• 100 g unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
• 1 1/2 cups sugar  Icing

Decoration:

• Melted chocolate ganache
• Chocolate shavings (optional)

Preparation:

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 175°C and place cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.

2️⃣ Mix all the dry ingredients.

3️⃣ Add the wet ingredients and mix until combined.

4️⃣ Pour into the pans and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

5️⃣ Beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth.

6️⃣ Add the dissolved coffee and then gradually add the powdered sugar.

7️⃣ Decorate the cupcakes with a piping bag.

8️⃣ Finish with ganache and sprinkles on top. A sweet work of art!
