Strawberry Cream

Everyone loves strawberry cream! With our simple recipe, this light dessert is ready in no time. The cream makes the strawberry cream extra airy.
INGREDIENTS (For 4 glasses)
500 g strawberries
50 g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
200 g Greek yogurt
150 g heavy cream
2 packets cream stabilizer

PREPARATION
Step 1
Wash the strawberries, pat dry, and set aside four nice strawberries with the greens for decoration. Puree the remaining strawberries with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice.
Step 2
Pass the strawberry puree through a coarse sieve to remove the seeds. Add the yogurt and mix everything together. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form and carefully fold it into the yogurt-strawberry mixture. Pour the strawberry cream into four glasses and chill for 1 hour.
Step 3
Garnish with the reserved strawberries before serving. The strawberry yogurt cream will keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 days.
Our Tip
Lighter Version
You can also replace the Greek yogurt with low-fat quark. This makes the strawberry cream with cream a little thicker and lower in calories.
