No-Bake, Flourless Dessert – Ready in 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
120g sugar
90g cornstarch
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
500ml milk
1 tablespoon butter
Grated chocolate or cocoa powder (for decoration)

Preparation:
Mix the base:
In a medium saucepan, place the egg yolk, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Slowly add the milk while mixing with a hand whisk to avoid lumps.
Cook the mixture:
Replace the saucepan over medium-low heat and cook, stirring constantly. The mixture will begin to thicken in a few minutes. Cook until you reach a creamy consistency, similar to thick custard.
Add the butter:
Remove from heat and add the butter. Mix well until fully combined.
Serve and chill:
Pour the mixture into small molds or individual glasses. Smooth the surface and let it cool at room temperature for a few minutes.
Decorate:
Once warm or cool, decorate with grated chocolate, cocoa powder, fruit, or whatever you prefer.
