Asian Duck Breast โ with our recipe, it tastes as delicious as in a restaurant! Prepare the duck breast fillet with vegetables โ so good!
INGREDIENTS
For the Vegetables
100 g Sprouts
150 g Snow Peas
2 Spring Onions
3-4 Carrots
For the Sauce
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2-3 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Honey
1 Lime
1 Pinch of Chili Powder
For the Duck Breast
2 Duck Breasts (boneless)
1 Pinch of Salt
A little Ground Pepper
2-3 tbsp Peanut Oil

PREPARATION
1. Soak the sprouts in a bowl of cold water for about 20 minutes, then drain. Wash the remaining vegetables. Trim the snow peas and halve them diagonally. Trim the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.ย Peel the carrots and slice them into thin strips.
2. For the sauce, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, and honey. Squeeze the lime juice and stir in the juice and chili powder.
3. Pat the duck breast fillets dry with kitchen paper and trim off any excess fat with a sharp knife. Score the skin of the duck breast in a diamond-shaped pattern and season the duck breast all over with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius (250 degrees Fahrenheit).
4. Heat the peanut oil in a pan and fry the duck breast skin-side down for about 4 minutes over medium heat until crispy. Turn the duck breast over and fry the flesh-side down for about 1 minute. Place the duck breast in a casserole dish and cook in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
5. Add a little more oil to the pan if necessary and return to the heat.ย Add the chopped vegetables, excluding the sprouts, and fry for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Finally, add the sprouts and deglaze with the prepared sauce. Toss once and remove from the heat immediately.
6. Slice the duck breast and place on top of the vegetables. Rinse the cilantro, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and garnish the dish with them. Enjoy!
