CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE CAKE
Ingredients:
• 150g melted butter
• 150g brown sugar
• 50g white sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp liquid vanilla
• 250g wheat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 200g chocolate chips (+ extra for decoration)
Time to bake this wonder
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round baking dish (approximately 20 cm).
2️⃣ Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
3️⃣ Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
4️⃣ Add the flour, salt, and baking powder.
5️⃣ Add the chocolate chips and mix just until combined.
6️⃣ Pour the batter into the pan and decorate with more sprinkles.
7️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is firm to the touch.
8️⃣ Cool before removing from the pan… and enjoy!
