Mosaic Coffee Gelatin
A delicious coffee gelatin with a creamy touch and a smooth texture. Perfect for coffee lovers and innovative desserts!
Ingredients
For the coffee gelatin:
• 1/2 cup cold water to hydrate the gelatin
• 4 tablespoons gelatin
• 2 cups cold coffee
• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup refined sugar
For the creamy mixture:
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1/2 cup condensed milk
• 1 cup milk
• 4 tablespoons gelatin
• 1/2 cup cold water

Preparation
1. Prepare the coffee gelatin:
• Mix the 2 cups of cold coffee with the water, vanilla extract, and sugar.
• Hydrate the 4 tablespoons of gelatin in ½ cup of cold water, let it sit for 10 minutes.
• Melt the gelatin in the microwave and add it to the coffee mixture, stirring constantly.
• Grease a square baking dish with a little vegetable oil, pour in the gelatin mixture, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
• Once the gelatin has set, cut it into equal-sized cubes and store in the refrigerator.
2. Prepare the creamy mixture:
• Hydrate the remaining 4 tablespoons of gelatin in ½ cup of cold water, let it sit for 10 minutes, and then melt it in the microwave.
• Place the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and regular milk in the blender.
• Add the melted gelatin to the blender in a stream, without turning off the motor, and mix well.
3. Assemble the gelatin:
• Grease a gelatin mold.
• Place the coffee gelatin cubes in the mold and pour the creamy mixture on top.
• Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4. Serve:
• To unmold, dip the bottom of the mold in hot water for a few seconds.
