CREAMY PASTA WITH CHICKEN AND CHEESE
Al dente pasta, juicy chicken, smooth cream, and melted cheese… an irresistible combination that’s even better when grilled!
Ingredients:
• 400g short pasta (penne, fusilli, rigatoni)
• 2 diced chicken breasts
• 3 minced garlic cloves
• 1 medium chopped onion
• 2 chopped ripe tomatoes
• 1/2 cup sweet corn
• 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream or cream cheese
• 100g grated mozzarella cheese
• 1 tbsp sweet or smoked paprika
• 1 tsp turmeric or saffron (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
• Parsley or cilantro Fresh for garnish

Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the pasta al dente and reserve ½ cup of the cooking water.
2️⃣ Marinate the chicken with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
3️⃣ Brown in a hot pan with oil. Add onion and then tomatoes until they release their juice.
4️⃣ Add the corn and broth. Cook for 5 minutes.
5️⃣ Add the sour cream and half of the cheese. Mix until melted.
6️⃣ Stir in the pasta and adjust with water if necessary.
7️⃣ Optional: Bake in the oven with the remaining cheese for 10 minutes at 200°C.
8️⃣ Garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve hot.
