Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

2. Gradually sift in the powdered sugar, mixing steadily until everything is well combined and fluffy.

3. Stir in the vanilla extract for that sweet aroma, and if you’re feeling playful, add some food coloring to give your mints a vibrant twist!

4. Now, take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into little mint shapes or balls. If you like a bit of sparkle, roll them in coarse sugar for that extra touch!
