Delicious Bread Without Milk, Eggs, or Butter
Ingredients:
400 ml warm water
10 g dried yeast
20 g sugar
600 g flour
10 g salt

Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the warm water with the yeast and sugar, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the flour in two parts. In the second part, add the salt. Mix well until everything is combined and knead until you have a soft, smooth dough.
Let the dough rest until it doubles in size.
Roll the dough out on a surface and cut it into 18 pieces. Shape each piece into balls.
Join two balls together and flatten them slightly using a stick in the center to make an indentation.
Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle a little flour over each ball.
Place the buns on a floured and greased baking sheet and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the buns for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
