Moist chocolate cake filled with strawberries and condensed milk.
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs 1 1/2 cups oil
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups sugar 1
1/2 cups whole milk (buttermilk)
2 lemons (buttermilk)
For the filling:
100g butter
2 cans condensed milk
150g milk Powder
200g chopped strawberries

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
2. Grease the pan and line the bottom with parchment paper and dust with flour.
3. For the buttermilk: Mix the milk with the lemon juice and let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. In a bowl, sift the flour with the baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
5. In another bowl, mix the eggs with the oil, buttermilk, and vanilla.
6. Add the dry ingredients in two batches and fold in.
7. Add the sugar and mix well until combined.
8. Place the batter in the pan and bake for 25 minutes, until a thin knife or skewer inserted comes out clean.
9. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let cool completely.
10. Cut the cake into two or three pieces. As you prefer.
🔸For the filling:
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the condensed milk and powdered milk, stir well until a smooth batter forms, and add the chopped strawberries.
2. Pour it into the first cake base and add the previously removed lid. Drizzle the cake with melted milk chocolate and decorate as desired.
