ICE CREAM PUDDING WITH DULCE DE LECHE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cans of condensed milk
800 ml of milk
300 grams of boxed cream
5 tablespoons of regular or zero-fat dulce de leche
100 grams of dulce de leche

HOW TO MAKE IT
Add everything to a saucepan.
Stir all the ingredients over low heat until boiling. Once boiling, count 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then turn off the heat and wait for it to cool slightly.
Take a silicone mold (or pudding mold) and pour in a little of the cream, adding tablespoons of dulce de leche.
Repeat this process until the cream is finished and place it in the freezer for 8 hours.
