Homemade Crepes

Homemade Crepes 🥞

Perfect for a delicious breakfast or a special dessert!

Ingredients

100g wheat flour
250ml warm milk
1 egg
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons sugar
20g melted butter

Instructions

In a bowl, add the egg, salt, and sugar. Beat well until combined.

Add a little milk and beat lightly. Add the flour and mix until smooth.

Add the remaining milk and melted butter, stirring until you get a smooth, even batter.

Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.

Heat a nonstick skillet and spread a little oil or butter to prevent sticking.

Add a spoonful of batter and spread it around the pan in a thin circle. Cook until the edge is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

Repeat the process until the batter is finished. You’ll get 11 to 12 crepes, each approximately 8 inches in diameter. You can serve them with your favorite toppings, such as fruit, whipped cream, honey, or chocolate. Enjoy!
