Fluffy Chocolate Cake
A moist, soft, and chocolatey cake. Ideal for any occasion!
Ingredients
5 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup hot chocolate powder (50% cacao)
1 cup hot milk
1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions
1️⃣ Beat the eggs and sugar
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until they triple in volume.
2️⃣ Stir in the chocolate
Dissolve the chocolate in the hot milk and add it to the egg and sugar mixture, beating for 3 minutes.
3️⃣ Add the dry ingredients
Sift the flour and baking powder. Gently fold in with a spatula.
4️⃣ Prepare the pan
Line only the bottom of a pan (25 cm in diameter, 7 cm high) with baking paper. Do not grease the sides.
Pour the mixture into the pan, filling it halfway.
5️⃣ Bake and unmold
Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
To unmold, run a knife around the edges and carefully remove.
