Oreo and Strawberry Cheesecake 🍫💖
Ingredients:
• Crust: 24 crushed Oreos + 1/4 cup melted butter
• Filling: 1 lb cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups whipped cream (peaks), 1 cup strawberry puree (+ optional pink food coloring)
• Topping: Pink whipped cream, whole and crushed Oreos
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix the Oreos with the butter; Press the crust into a 9″ pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2️⃣ Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; gently fold in the whipped cream and strawberry puree.
3️⃣ Pour the filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
4️⃣ Decorate with whipped cream and whole and crushed Oreos.
