INGREDIENTS
FOR THE MINI BUNDT CAKES
125 g soft butter
125 g sugar
3 eggs (size M)
1 pinch of salt
2 tsp baking cocoa
3 tbsp milk
175 g flour (type 405)
2 level tsp baking powder
ALSO
a little butter for the mold
1 tsp powdered sugar for sprinkling

PREPARATION
1. For the mini Bundt cakes, preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat (fan oven 160 degrees). Grease the mini Bundt cake mold or small Bundt cake tins with butter.
2. In a large bowl, beat soft butter with sugar and salt until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix flour with baking powder, sift into the dough and stir until smooth. In a small bowl, mix baking cocoa with milk until smooth.
3. Put 1 tablespoon of light dough into each mold. Mix the remaining dough with the mixed cocoa mixture and then fill the molds with a tablespoon.
4. Bake the mini Bundt cakes in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, depending on the size of the molds. After 15 minutes of baking, do a toothpick test and, if necessary, bake for a further 3 minutes.
Allow the mini Bundt cakes to cool completely in the mold. Then carefully remove from the mold. Dust with a little powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!
