LEMON PAVÉ

LEMON PAVÉ 🍰✨

A refreshing, creamy, and super easy-to-make dessert. Perfect for those days when you need something sweet without complications!

Ingredients:

✔ 1 can of condensed milk
✔ 1 can of whey-free cream
✔ 100 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
✔ 300 g of cornstarch crackers
✔ 100 ml of milk
✔ Lemon peel for decoration

Preparation:

1️⃣ Prepare the cream: Mix the condensed milk, whey-free cream, and lemon juice.  Beat with a wire whisk until creamy .

2️⃣ Line a mold with plastic wrap to make it easier to unmold.

3️⃣ Assemble the dessert:
• Cover the base with a thin layer of lemon cream.
• Lightly moisten the cookies in the milk and place them on top of the cream .
• Alternate layers of cream and cookies until the mold is full.

4️⃣ Decorate with lemon zest .

5️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or put it in the freezer for 40 minutes for a firmer texture .

6️⃣ Carefully unmold and enjoy every bite .

Tip: You can add meringue or whipped cream for an even more spectacular finish .
