FILLED BOMBS

Fluffy, sweet and with a creamy filling that melts in your mouth . Get ready to fall in love with every bite!

Ingredients

For the dough:

✔ 1 sachet of bread yeast
✔ 1 cup of sugar
✔ 1 cup of oil
✔ 2 eggs
✔ 1 pinch of salt
✔ 500 ml of hot milk
✔ 1 kg of flour

For the filling:

✔ 3/4 cup of flour
✔ 1 liter of milk
✔ 1 can of condensed milk
✔ 2 egg yolks
✔ 1 tsp of vanilla essence
✔ Oil for frying 
✔ Sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle

Preparation

1️⃣ Dough: Mix the flour with the other ingredients, adding the warm milk little by little. Knead until you get a smooth texture. Let it rest for 10 min.

2️⃣ Form the bombs: Make dough balls and let them double in size (about 30 min) .

3️⃣ Fry: Cook in hot oil over low heat until golden and fluffy .

4️⃣ Filling: Cook all the filling ingredients over medium heat until it thickens, stirring constantly .

5️⃣ Assembly: Sprinkle the bombs with sugar and cinnamon, cut them in half and fill them with the cream.  Pure temptation!

Tip: You can also fill them with chocolate, hazelnut cream or dulce de leche for an extra touch .
