Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake: A Dream Come True!
Indulge in three layers of heavenly chocolate—rich dark chocolate, creamy milk chocolate, and silky white chocolate mousse—on a moist chocolate cake base. Pure bliss in every bite!
Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Cake Base:
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
½ cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Dark Chocolate Mousse:
½ cup heavy cream (whipped)
½ cup dark chocolate (melted)
1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp warm water (optional, for stability)
For the Milk Chocolate Mousse:
½ cup heavy cream (whipped)
½ cup milk chocolate (melted)
1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp warm water (optional)
For the White Chocolate Mousse:
½ cup heavy cream (whipped)
½ cup white chocolate (melted)
1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp warm water (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Bake the Cake Base:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour into a round pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dark Chocolate Mousse:
Dissolve gelatin in warm water (if using). Mix melted dark chocolate with whipped cream. Spread over the cake and chill for 20 minutes.
3️⃣ Add the Milk Chocolate Mousse:
Repeat the process with milk chocolate and spread over the dark chocolate layer. Chill again for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ Finish with White Chocolate Mousse:
Prepare the white chocolate mousse and spread as the final layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
5️⃣ Decorate & Serve:
Dust with cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or drizzle with chocolate ganache for an elegant touch!
