Marble Cake: An irresistible classic with double flavor! đđ°
If you love the contrast between vanilla and chocolate, this marble cake will be your new favorite. Fluffy, soft and perfect for any occasion!Â
Ingredients:

200 g sugar
â
4 large eggs
â
200 g wheat flour
â
200 g butter (at room temperature)
â
1 sachet of baking powder
â
1 pinch of salt
â
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
â
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
â
60 ml of milk

Instructions:
1ïžâŁ Preheat and prepare the mold:
⹠Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
âą Grease and flour a mold or line it with baking paper.
2ïžâŁ Prepare the base dough:
âą Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a creamy and fluffy texture.
âą Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
3ïžâŁ Add the dry ingredients:
âą Sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
âą Add little by little to the previous mixture, alternating with the milk and vanilla.
4ïžâŁ Divide the dough:
âą Separate the mixture into two equal parts.
âą To one of them, add the sifted cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
5ïžâŁ Create the marbled effect:
âą Pour alternately spoonfuls of the vanilla and chocolate mixture into the mold.
âą Using a knife or skewer, make gentle spiral movements to achieve the marbled effect.
6ïžâŁ Bake:
âą Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7ïžâŁ Cool and enjoy:
âą Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then unmold onto a wire rack.
