SESAME MILK BREAD
INGREDIENTS
1. 500g wheat flour
2. 250ml warm milk
3. 50g sugar
4. 50g melted butter
5. 1 egg
6. 7g dry yeast
7. 1 tsp salt
8. Sesame seeds (to taste)

PREPARATION
1. In a small bowl, mix the warm milk with the sugar and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until the mixture is foamy.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the salt. Add the melted butter, egg and the milk and yeast mixture. Mix until you have a homogeneous dough.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes or until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Form the dough into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Once risen, divide the dough into portions and shape into buns. Place them on a previously greased baking sheet or lined with parchment paper.
6. Brush the buns with a little milk and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
7. Let the buns rest for about 20 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
9. Bake the buns for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
10. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
