Loaded Bacon Cheese Fries
Ingredients
1. Fries: 2 pounds (900g) potatoes, cut into fries
2. Bacon: 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
3. Cheese: 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup (55g) shredded mozzarella
4. Toppings:
1. Chopped scallions (green onions)
2. Sour cream
3. Diced tomatoes
4. Jalapeños or hot sauce (optional)
5. Seasonings:
1. Salt
2. Pepper
3. Garlic powder
4. Paprika
Instructions
1. Bake Fries: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake fries for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
2. Cook Bacon: Cook bacon slices in a pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
3. Assemble Fries: Transfer baked fries to a serving dish. Top with crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
4. Add Toppings: Sprinkle chopped scallions, diced tomatoes and jalapeños (if using).
5. Serve: Drizzle with sour cream and serve immediately.
