Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients
1. Cheese Filling:
– 200g fondue cheese (or cheddar/mozzarella mix)
– 100g cream cheese
– 1 tablespoon minced garlic
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper
2. Burger Filling:
– 200g ground beef
– 1 minced onion
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3. Additional Toppings:
– 50g grated Parmesan
– 10-12 lettuce leaves
– 2-3 cherry tomatoes
– 2-3 pickles
4. Breading:
– 100g all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 beaten egg
– 100g breadcrumbs
Instructions
1. Prepare Cheese Filling: Mix cheese, cream cheese, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
2. Prepare Burger Filling: Cook ground beef, onion and Worcestershire sauce in olive oil.
3. Form Cheese Balls: Shape cheese mixture into small balls; flatten slightly.
4. Assemble Bombs: Place burger filling and Parmesan on each cheese disk; fold in half.
5. Bread Bombs: Coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
6. Fry Bombs: Deep-fry until golden (3-4 minutes per side).
7. Serve: Serve hot with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles.
