Easy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

200 g of flour
200g of sugar
200g of unsalted butter
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200 grams of chocolate black
1 teaspoon of baking powder
100 ml of milk
Salt fish

Instructions:

Preheat the oven:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a round cake mold and place baking paper in the background.

Melt chocolate and butter:
In a bowl, melt the chocolate along with the butter in the microwave or bath Maria. Let it cool down slightly.

Beat eggs and sugar:
In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Just add the vanilla extract.

Insert melted chocolate:
Add the melted chocolate mixture and butter to the scrambled eggs, mix well.

Sift the dry ingredients and integrate:
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Incorporate these dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture, little by little and alternating with milk, until you get a homogeneous dough.

Baking the cake:
Pour the dough into the prepared mold and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until inserting a chopstick in the center, it comes out clean.

Enfriar y desmoldar:
Let the cake cool in the mold for 10 minutes before unmolding and let cool completely in a lattice.
